Coherence 2017 is an interactive-music installation, created in late-2017 with my team.  It is the final project of the course Interactive Arts in Simon Fraser University (SFU). This piece of artwork combines music and art together with the use of technology. Human interactions are allowed to created sound and music through the piece. Audiences have to cooperate to create good music with our installation. Therefore, we aim to reduce the borders between people with the joyfulness of playing music.
This project was evaluated as the Top Two Interactive Art in the course. Fortunately, my team was also invited to present this artwork in the FCAT (Faculty of Communications, Art and Technology) Undergraduate Conference 2018 to promote social sustainability.
This was our second time presenting Coherence in a public gallery. We presented Coherence in a separate room to excel the audiences' experience by filling the room with the music in the artwork.
