ABOUT
The site is located on 20th kilometer of M03 route (in direction of Kharkiv). Following facilities are placed on the territory: logistics center, car dealership, and car service station, office center, restaurant, recreational area, all auxiliary facilities necessary for operation and maintenance of buildings, entrances and parking.
TARGET
To improve the infrastructure of the area, to discover the potential of the site, to effectively use its strengths, such as the location at the intersection of strategic transport routes and proximity to Boryspil Airport. Thereby create an additional incentive for the economic development of the area. Using concise architectural solutions, create an efficient functional unit without producing visual noise. Provide a comfortable environment for employees and visitors of the complex.
CONCEPT
Silhouette of the building is complemented by a composition of landscaping, which isolates the pedestrian and recreational zone from the carriageway and creates a cozy parkland atmosphere.
