Description:
- The GISMO Handset unit was developed by DGS in the USA and Adrian Wilton assisted in refining the design for production.
- Additional elements/SKU were designed for the unit, including a Single Carabiner, Double Carabiner and Treat pouch attachment.
Technical Design:
- The product is injection molded POM with a silicone sleeve for grip.
- Optimized for high volume mass production the cost management of each component was critical.
- Due to the high risk, should a dog leash come loose from the carabiners, the assembly was tested to extreme forces to ensure the end product met all functional requirements.
