It was a blast to paint this mural for the SODO Track festival in Seattle. Thank you so much Tamar and Gage for inviting me and for the flawless organisation, I'm happy I got to be part of this, and to have met so many cool artists.
The theme of the festival was "Movement and Progress", it was a bit of a challenge, as most of my pieces are pretty static. I tried to create an image that inspires as much dynamism as possible, and also convey a feeling of humanist progress through this image of a woman that inspires nothing more than pure strength and power.
The surface of the wall, with millions of textures, was pretty challenging too, but I managed to finish in time with Gage's help.
