It can often be a hassle to book airport transfer. So many questions can arise as to:

Today when booking with Stansted Express you are supposed to look through the timetable yourself to determine the best train to catch. It might be easy for many, but can be an unnecessary hassle for few and something that is easy to improve and implement.
The concept connects the customer's flight departure time with the booking module. The customer can input when the flight departures and how long the customer wishes to arrive before the flight. The booking module can then determine which train is best to take, and also recommend earlier or later alternatives. One hassle removed, voila!
