"Design an A2, four colour (CMYK) Travel Poster for a Mythical Place"

Travel posters are a key form of advertisement used by companies to gain an audience's' attention in order for sales to increase. The travel poster was a huge advertising play in the 20th Century in order to get people to use different modes of transport to get to new places across the country (usually holiday destinations) 

I wanted to create a travel poster for Utopia based off of many different historical concepts dating back to Ancient Greece. The aim was to create an effective poster in engaging the audience but highlighting the surreal and almost impossible concept of an utopia - looking closely at Russian propaganda posters for inspiration. My poster depicts Justitia; the Roman goddess created by Emperor Augustus. She is a symbol for the virtue of justice.
