Manchester Grand Hyatt: Redfields Sports Bar & Grill,

All of this work is onsite promotion at The San Diego Grand Hyatt.  To promote the new concept that was to be a sports bar and grille. All they had was the name -that didn't mean anything to anybody.So we made it mean something. We created a fictional character, Mr Redfiled, from the ground up.  At every point of contact we used him to encouragea great sports bar experience. On coasters we created fun bar games and quotes from Mr. Redfield to cross promote and upsell more product. Menus told his life's story, and celebrated great food and better drink. T-shirts were made for the truest fan. Every day at 4 and 6 pm the bartender would ring a bell and read a toast that Mr Redfield used to offer his patrons. He even had a dedicated seat at the bar with a placard in his honor.
