Nowadays, Real Estate logic consists in a list of spaces that increase prices according to offered services such as bigger closets, private bathrooms or the biggest bathroom for the master bedroom.
The research starts with a residential project in Lima as a reference of what Real Estate is offering worldwide to the market. Comparing two projects that are equal in square meters but providing a different list of necessities to the client creates a difference in the cost per square meter.
The strategy is to deconstruct the layout of spaces that creates a house in order to find a better logic in the Real Estate market and provide many possibles solutions to one example that can be replicate in other scenarios.
