Design exercise performed for a typical private residential plot in Bahrain, looking for alternative designs in terms of plot occupation, privacy and identity.
Interpretation of Bahrain Tradition of Privacy and Flexibility:
An inward looking house.
The lines are simple, geometric and accentuate horizontality. 
Decorative elements are scarce in respect to the ancient muslim rule of decorum and humbleness towards neighbours.
The inside reveals a very different reality: spacious fluidity, filled with natural light, facing a private fresh inner garden.
Most spaces are flexible in function and daily use.
