CRM. Marketing analys for a large auto dealer
To offer targeted services, large businesses need to segment their current and prospective clients. This in-house system allows to do just so using overlapping smart filters with fuzzy logic, data protection and many more cool — but unfortunately overly complex — features.

My role in this project was not just interface design, but also requrements work (gathering etc.). On the other hand, there was nearly no visual design to do — the UI was based on off the shelf framework, which I have just slightly updated for my needs.
