Branding: Museé Hergé

New media were explored at the branding for the Hergé Museum in Louvain-La-Neuve. Throughout the proces of implementing the digital designs it occurred to me that the digital media shouldn't be applied without giving it a proper function. So what is the correct and new, refreshing way to implement new media for the famous Tintin museum?
After thorough research I came up with a new USP for the Museé Hergé: Where museum meets forum.
The idea is that the app for smartwatch and smartphone should enrich the visitors by giving them the opportunity to interact with each other. We started out with new values for the museum: DISCOVER - INTERACT - MEET.

The use of beacons and NFC-tags allows the users and visitors to interact in a fun and informative way. The technologies also allow visitors' apps to download images and get notifications throughout the museum experience.
