食物战 | 灭霸火锅
火锅二字在中国饮食以及文化中的地位，不用再过多解释了吧？言简意赅：火锅远远超越了食物本身；火锅用那浓浓有味热烘烘的锅底，锁住食客，锁住文化，锁住一个个相聚的瞬间。人在海外，见识品尝了各种食物，也聆听了大大小小食物对异国文化的映射。然而有趣的是，感觉在芸芸异国食物面前，火锅貌似可以撑起各种我们相聚的场合，以及相聚时我们中国人大开的胃口。这副小小的作品的灵感就来源于此：当千千万万异国食物怒气冲冲满腔仇恨地冲向屹立不倒的火锅起义示威时，是怎么一番景象呢？
The War | Hotpot - the Indestructible
For most Chinese people, words simply cannot define what hotpots mean to them - THE dish that implies reunion, family, and all the other beautifully harmonious moments. I've been experienced so many foods: foods from other regions, foods with beautiful stories and cultures embedded in, and foods that are too delicious to be real. However, after all of my nonprofessional gourmet experience(lol), no foods can be comparable with hotpots in terms of satisfying the atmosphere when we gathered with loved ones, as well as our increased appetite during those extremely happy gatherings. So, this piece of work comes out of that. "What would it be when foreign foods form an army, marching towards the indestructible boss-hotpot, to fight for glory in the kingdom of foods?"
