Project developed in partnership with Xpand IT and the Digital team of Médis.
While managing this project I had the opportunity to:
• Define meaningful requirements for specific features, gathering insights from different stakeholders.
• Use design thinking to achieve the practical and creative resolution of problems that affected both the user and the business goals.
• Manage the app’s UX/UI by giving feedback to third party vendors for implementation and by co-designing some of the usability processes.
• Ensure the testing and the quality of the app, before and after the “go live” moment.
• Analyze and monitor the app's KPI's and the users' feedback.
