Some Description about the system
The end users are Independent adjusters. So the current process is as follows:
1. A storm occurs and a homeowner files the insurance claim
2. The insurance company takes 500-1000 claims and assigns them to an Adjusting Firm (which employs the end user)
3. The Adjusting firm then assigns groups of 60-70 claims to individual adjusters (the end user).
4. The adjuster(end user), then calls and schedules inspections for all claims they have been assigned.
5. They go out to the homes, inspect the damages, and then prepare repair estimates to give back to the insurance company.
6. They submit their reports(Estimate, photo, narrative) along with an invoice back to the insurance company. The invoices are paid on a fee schedule. They(end user) get anywhere from 65%-75% of the invoice amount depending on the experience level of the adjuster(end user).

On the browser based website pages, It may be more user friendly to break it down by category We will need to enter in Payroll and Expenses pages. As the end users are 1099 contractors, they are responsible for taxes, and their own expenses so it is extremely important for them to be able to upload receipts and or enter expense amounts.
On the mobile app, the insured profile section will have all claim documents that the end user has uploaded in the back office (web app), as well as a location to take their photos. This photo portion of the app will work along the same lines as one drive, or google drive, They can be taken, uploaded, or viewed from the mobile app and also viewed and downloaded from the insureds profile found in the back office(Web app).
