Stepping into in-practice mega development projects consistent with the government development vision for Hurghada as a global tourism destination,taking The Touristic Walkway & The Yacht Marina as the starting points for this development. And from the belief of the importance of experiencing the actual situation, we took our destination to Hurghada.

And after site visits, interviews, analysis we could clearly understand the problems facing Hurghada in achieving the place where it should be, and we made our vision for Hurghada as a Global Destination & Cultural Forum, targeting all- year tourism giving a solution to the economic recession and layoffs caused by seasonal tourism dependency. And for the success and continuation of this promising development, obtaining locals participation was a must. this was by upgrading the urban environment for the local people together with targeting the improvement of their socio-cultural level.

The project includes:

- The development of the Touristic Walkway focusing on the improvement of the user experience providing walkability and more connectivity with nature.

- Establishing new projects in the Walkway for the fulfillment of our vision: Expo City to be the corner stone for cultural tourism in Hurghada, Sports Complex to achieve global attraction & the Art City at the heart of the walkway to be an entertainment cultural center,a link between cultural targeted tourism and entertainment tourism of the present time.

- Exploiting the intermediate plateau between the Touristic walkway and the Marina by establishing luxury restaurants and climbing center to encourage adventure tourism in Hurghada.

- Establishing large investment, cultural projects in the Marina:
Yacht Club, Administrative/ Residential Tower, Commercial Mall, Library, Fishing Museum & the Fish Market instead of the old one.

- Upgrading the residential area behind the Marina starting with street network, providing public urban spaces and spaces for inhabitants specific activities, redesigning of the buildings' facades.
