Joel Padin, PhD, spent a significant portion of his career overseeing development of Pfizer Global Manufacturing’s multiple locations in Puerto Rico. For nearly two decades, Joel worked his way from lab administration all the way to managing the company’s sales expansion to the global market. An accomplished scientist in his own right, Dr. Padin is a published author and holds four U.S. patents.
