Fragmented - A Social Issues Crisis

RefYouMe is the name of my fictitious non-profit organization. The organization facilitates social engagement between local youth and refugees in Europe. There is a need to addressing the social issue of integration as part of this crisis. The simple, trendy yet  warming logo appeals to both parties alike. The logo is meant to contrast with emotional more attention grabbing posters to create a balance.
The posters are designed to spark an particular emotional reaction of empathy. Carefully chosen key subjects create a emotive visual story. The pictures, though emotional don’t
dehumanize or use gruesome imagery to demand attention or sympathy. Along with a short succinct insights into their lives via statistics which paint a picture of their lives. It almost allows one to put one’s self in their shoes..
The cut off imagery signifies the social fragmentation that is currently occurring between refugees and the local people.Social fragmentation is the underdevelopment of connections between the society and the groupings of some cultures.

The minimal information and impactful graphics coupled with a straight forward call to
participation are targeted at getting the youth to easily engage. The campaign hopes to empower children to make a change in society by getting involved socially, which doesn’t require money or power just compassion.
