Select all the clips in your composition and drag them forward to make room for "NHC Intro" clip.

Import the "NHC Intro" clip and add it to your timeline.

Unlink the audio. Trim video back to the last frame of the logo. Relink audio. 

Drag the rest of the clips in your project back until they snap to the end of the "NHC Intro" clip. The audio should run underneath the first clip. 

Add a "Constant Power" audio transition to the beginning of the clip.

Awesome! You've successfully created the intro.
