For my solo exhibition at Centre d’Art La Panera I have created a couple of artworks which are representative of the Catalan culture. The first one is called “In love or not”

Cava is sparkling wine made with native grapes. Inspired by the font “Poster” designed by Iñigo Jerez, I drew the word “chin, chin” followed by a condensed version of the word “cava”. While doing research for this artwork, I found a sentence by Coco Chanel that says: 

“I only drink champagne in two occasions, when I am in love and when I am not” so I did my personal adaptation for this artwork. Cheers! / Chin chin!
