Buen probicho es un campaña que pretende promover el consumo de insectos (Entomofagia) e introducirlos en la dieta habitual de la población como complemento alimentario, haciendo desaparecer el sentimiento de disgusto que provocan, informando de sus beneficios tanto nutritivos como medioambientales, a través de infografias y recetas que se encuentran en la guía y postales que forman la campaña.
