Realizada no Centro Cultural Correios São Paulo e no Museu Correios Brasília, a exposição Anônimas, de Tânia Araújo, levanta questões relacionadas à política, ao feminino e às novas mídias, provocadas a partir do registro fotográfico de caixas de correio na paisagem urbana. Elemento central e constante desse inventário, a fenda representa para Tânia as fronteiras entre público e privado, urbano e doméstico, exterior e interior. Sua forma é uma síntese gráfica dos conceitos do trabalho e, por conseqüência, da identidade da exposição.
Anonymous is an exhibition of the Brazilian artist Tania Araújo, which was shown at the National Post Office Museum of São Paulo and Brasilia. Through a photographic essay of urban mailboxes, Tania raises questions about politics, feminism, and news media. As a central and constant element of this set of images, the mailbox slots represent, to the artist, the boundaries between public and private, urban and domestic, exterior and interior. Its shape is a graphic synthesis of the concepts behind the artwork and, therefore, it is the main component of the visual identity of the show.
