Richard Rionda Del Castro : The School of Film/Video at CalArts offers BFA and MFA tracks that encourage students to learn in a workshop environment. Students develop technical and practical skills by studying personal essay, political documentaries and other forms of cinema. The program intends to prepare students for the rapid technological changes that occur in the film world by teaching them to use brand new technologies.
