We're a tight-knit team at RISE and we've come a long way, together. What makes our history unique to us, is our undying efforts to go beyond the status quo.
It is with this attitude and talent that we began a re-branding of our image both online and offline by tackling the task of remodeling our building image and interior.
We knew we wanted something different, something unique, something that would cause a moment of pause and reflection. Teamwork, collaboration, meetings full of fun and adventure were had in determining the look and feel we wanted to portray and exhibit.
We knew that taking on the project it had to be designed and fabricated all in-house because, well that is what we do.
Renderings began and ideas were beginning to gel into a vision and common look for RISE that would speak to the culture and branding of who we are.
THE TEAR DOWN
Yep, it was a mess - tearing up carpet to find a thick layer of glue that had to be removed before we could polish the concrete. Meanwhile the build in the shop had begun even while juggling client projects while always maintaining the RISE standard in all we do.
THINGS ARE COMING TOGETHER
The RISE team really came together to make our lobby stand out showcasing our production team in building the barn door, back-lit sign on the wall and our unique reception counter to not look like a traditional counter along with a troff lighting system on the floor as well as ceiling and custom tiered coffee table. Meanwhile our graphics department applied the concrete vinyl wrap to the back wall.
THE CONFERENCE ROOM
We wanted to create a conference room that spoke to professionalism as well as a space strategically designed to foster creativity, collaboration and meaningful discussion.
Our conference table brings in that industrial look and feel while showcasing a custom topographical map of the world, created in-house by our team of designers and fabricators.
Each element in this room was specifically designed with usability and functionality at the core.
A healthy blend of industrial and modern give the conference room a progressive yet inspiring place to discuss ideas while providing an inviting space for both internal as well as client meetings.
THE SITUATION ROOM
The creativity doesn't stop at the front door. Each department has been given the opportunity to personalize their specific space. One of our Account Managers in conjunction with the design department came up with a WWII theme, a "can do attitude and win at all costs" was the motto.
We like to refer to our Account Managers as the "Project in human form" - what better way to showcase.
Just in case you are wondering... This is all authentic war gear salvaged and put to use in our very own "Situation Room"
