This is a drawing of a tiny fragment of a skull or jawbone from some little unidentified mammal. I find a lot of bones on the property I live on, and on the beach nearby. I think they are exquisite! They make wonderful drawing subjects.
This was the set-up. I suspended the bone using thread, tape and a black box top, with a magnifier in front.
