I recently worked alongside So&So to illustrate a brochure for The Centre for Effective Services, a not-for-profit organisation helping to ensure the implementation of effective services, to improve the lives of people living across the island of Ireland.  Having marked ten years of the CES the brochure summarises who they are and what they do.
