The building is on a south sloping terrain. The access is made, from the main road, on the north side,  through a service road.  The plot is located off the main road in a predominantly green area.

Therefore, the concept was not influenced by the height regime or the building typology of the area and was rather oriented towards providing a highly functional building and the using of the city views.

We opted for a minimalist, contemporary concept with intersected parallelepiped volumes, which are in contrast one with the other.  They create a strong visual delimitation of building levels, glazed surfaces and balconies.
In order to meet the requirements imposed by the urbanism certificate and the PUG, a Sb + Gf + F construction with a built area of about 110 m2 was chosen. Minimum retreats to property limits have been respected, proper access of vehicles and two parking spaces have been provided.

The infrastructure, from continuous concrete foundations, ensures proper stabilization of the building on the slope and includes the semi-basement as the technical and storage space. The superstructure is made up of masonry with ceramic blocks and reinforced concrete floors. The patio roof is accessible from the inside through a skylight placed above the ladder.
The layout of functions is not typical. At the ground floor, where the main access to the building is located, there is a kitchen and dining room, facing south, to a small terrace to the garden. On the opposite side, the north side, there is a bedroom and an office, each being provided with natural east-west lighting. The less common feature is upstairs, where the living room is located, with access to a generous terrace. At this level, there are two bedrooms with adjoining rooms. One of the peculiarities of this project is the location of the living room at the upper level. The interior space communicates with the terrace through a generous opening, offering an elevated perspective towards the city.

The outdoor arrangements are minimal, trying to keep as much green surface and vegetation as possible, creating a strong and pleasant antithesis between the straight lines and the exterior finishes on one hand and with the natural context on the other.
