VR initiation
I worked on building an environment for one part of the first prototype of the 7th ray. The VR experience, developed in unreal, aims at using different psychological tools to further immerse the audience and create a simulated "out of body experience". We are using this technique to induce the participants to feel a sense of disassociation from their own body and re-target it onto an avatar by means of synchronous stimulation of the senses.
Together with the team : Carl H SmithSarah Janes,  Matteo Zamagni, Jose Montemayor, Alba Mark Rangolio and Lena Korkovelou; we then recreated the process undertaken by mistery school initiations.
It was shown and tested during the EVA conference hosted at the British Computer Society by V&A Digital Futures.
