What is below are posters created for an experiential fine dining experience I put on over three years, called The Silk Experience. Each experience had a theme both philosophical and cultural, and combined art and music over seven courses created a la minute. In all, 35 Experiences happened everywhere from a field to several "million" dollar residential kitchens in Southern Oregon and Las Vegas. 

The process to create the artwork started with a pencil drawing that was scanned and then refined on the computer. The final step was coloring and printing in an 8 color process on a variety of high quality papers.
