Commubike
The project focused on the design and creation of a bike. My idea of a bicycle is one that is fully practical, comfortable and useful. When producing a bike, there's always a common target audience with the usual customers. I wanted to go beyond that using the Blue Ocean Strategy and explore the uncontested market space. The non-customers I focused on are the third tier of the strategy; the disabled. As someone who is interested in making the work conditions better for dustmen, I wanted to take them into account. Therefore, I decided to go for a bike that functions with hand pedals to allow the disabled to use it, attached to a wheelchair and contains a box with a hover inside to collect garbage relying on solar panels.
