We were presented with the task of using projection mapping to unveil the product. We enhanced the effect by rotating the mock product container in a 45 degree angle and placing supporting LED screens behind the bottle in a similar angle. This enabled the application of perspective illusions in the launch sequence.
A unique workflow was developed to produce the 3D illusions which involved Cinema 4D with Octane Render Engine and Dataton Watchout 6.
The black and white florescent look was derived from the original campaign. Our challenge was to deliver a level of realism where the lights appear to be real fixtures.
Special care was taken to in the production of the Bottle as the liquid colour and light refraction needed to be accurate as possible to the real product.
We further created illusions where the center box appears to be not physically present, sometimes transparent and translucent.
