General information:
On the site of 2.4 hectares in the center of Vyshgorod 11 sections from 10 to 17 floors are located. In the basement and on the first floor there are commercial premises with separate entrances, and on the upper floors - two-level apartments with panoramic views of the city and the Kyiv reservoir. The buildings are arranged in such a way as to form an inner courtyard with leisure facilities, and parking spaces for the inhabitants of the complex are arranged along the perimeter. The height of sections is alternated to give maximum illumination to the apartments of the complex and, at the same time, in no way worsen the insolation of already existing houses surrounding the residential complex.

Interesting facts:
The third section of the complex has a truncated form with a sloping roof - this decision was made for reasons of illumination of apartments in surrounding houses. In order not to shut the apartment on the lower floors of an existing building, we "cut" the house, revealing the sun for them.
In the space under the sloping roof are apartments that have rooms with a sloping ceiling, as in the attic floor. Some of them are two-level.
All entrances to the residential part are provided at the level of the sidewalk, without steps and ramps. That is why in some sections there are two-way elevators - on the one hand you enter the hall, on the other - you go to the floors.
