SkillsFuture Festival

SkillsFuture Festival is an event that aims to inspire Singaporeans to develop a passion for learning and pursue skills mastery by providing opportunities to develop them to their fullest potential throughout life, regardless of their starting points.

RATIONALE OF LOGO
Reshaping yourself

By reinforcing the value of continuous learning, SkillsFuture challenges different types of biases (age, gender, work history) that prevent people from pursuing new interests.

This design is inspired by the idiom ‘square peg in a round hole’. We use squares and circles to represent different skills and industries. Together, these dissimilar shapes form new and better patterns. By learning new skills and combining them with one’s existing values, one’s career can be likened to these new patterns.
The logo is modular and exist in different variant. These variants can be animated.
This modularity also reflects the need for us to be ever learning and adapting to new changes.
