This was my first full UX project, assigned at my Summer 2017 internship at Travelport. I started talking with clients about a use-case for a mobile app supporting travel agencies. The use-case we converged on was one for on-call travel agents supporting high-profile customers. The app needed 3 features: flight booking, flight canceling, and hotel booking. I then went through storyboards, wireframes, lofi screens, hifi screens, and full prototype built first in Figma, then Adobe XD, and briefly in Axure.
