“Experience Design” is often used interchangeably with terms such as “User Interface Design” and “Usability”. However, while usability and user Interface design are important aspects of user experience, they are subsets of it – Experience design covers a vast array of other areas, too. Visual design, product design, information architecture, user experience and other related fields are all product focused and just part of the entire experience. This project covered multiple channels and touch-points to deliver a holistic experience. 

FIKA ad has been shot and edited as a touchpoint which was a small part of the experience design project for the startup. "Fika helps people to express all sort of thoughts and feelings in a safe and anonymous environment which give them full freedom of speech." 

Double diamond process model has been used as a guide through the human centered design approach. 

Because the service is about talking out anything in mind in a safe and anonymous environment, going through confessional experience as an analogous inspiration extremely helped defining the pain points and positive outcomes which were used to crossmatch the similarities and refine the beta app.
