At the beginning, the main idea was to create a bendable wooden structure so that it could have both needs. But in order to doing so there were too many gaps created so tried out few mock up models to figure out how much pieces were needed to pour down the things that were chopped and figure out using rubber filling in the gap would solve the problem where pieces of food would fall inside, also it could be bent as well. Then the connection in between PE and Wood can be connected by the material Rubber. Where rubber and wood can be made by Double injection mold.
