    Brand and conference materials for the Great Lakes Michigan Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association's semi-annual professional and caregiver conference about research, support, and caregiving. Read Less

The Great Lakes Michigan Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association put on a
semi-annual professional and caregiver conference about research, support,
and caregiving which was autonomous from the parent organization, and they approached the Design Center for a branding.
 
 
 
The Schreiber Conference logo borrows its purple color from the Alzheimer's Association's brand guidlines to establish a connection to its parent organization. the interwoven logo and logotype along with a humanist typeface communicate the support and collaboration the conference promotes, and the mark also abstractly suggests an "S" for Schreiber.
 
 
 
Several marks were explored for the Schreiber brand before reaching the final form in the logo above.
 
 
After the logo was finalized, I used the strength of the mark as the anchor for the brands visual sytem. The final conference materials, registration and sponsorship forms, flyers, postcards, a prospectus explaining sponsorship levels, and a day-of program.
