The smoking gun represents the recent murder of rapper XXXTentacion. It symbolises the danger of rappers ( who are not even affiliated with gangs ) being killed in the streets.

The pills falling out of the perscription bottle represent Lil Peep, he died taking laced zanax, he talked a lot about suicide and overdosing on the drug.

The cup leaking purple fluid represents a famous drugg called Lean, use of Lean is whidespread among rappers, it is a cheap way to get high, but really dangerous for the persons health.
The burning american flag represents the struggles America has and that it does not seem to cope with the large violence and drug use in the country.

The praying hands represents the faith people still have in america, they keep praying for it to become better and try to help the people in need.

The thorns near the praying hand symbolises that it is hard to keep faith in the country, the thorns sting and make it harder for people to keep a positive vibe.
