Brief:
To create a brand and a marketing image for a new housing development, Tullybrook. The aim was to create a design that reflected the charm of the natural environment which the housing development was located, yet portray the technology and energy efficiency within the homes for sale.
For this project I designed a folder and six sorts of A4 inserts. The folder contained general information regarding the housing development. It was decided to have a folder (die cut to suit) to allow for various sort of inserts; depending on individual customers queries.
