Before the second quarter of the year 2018, cases of Measles in some regions of the Philippines among infants have risen up dashingly. Correlating all other essential types of vaccines with the controversial Dengvaxia made it difficult for the Department of Health (DOH) to reintroduce the benefits of supplemental immunization especially for Measles.

The Health Promotion and Communication Service of the DOH developed and aired infomercial to inform public the high risk among children from 6-59 months old if they will not be vaccinated.
