Given the challenge of communicating important, and sometimes difficult healthcare related information to health plan members, my team developed a creative and engaging approach. Health Matters member magazine was designed to be an informative, entertaining, and useful communications tool. Health Matters was recognized in the Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards with a bronze award in 2017.
