The Department For Infrastructure NI needed an animation to explain 
the work they do and show how public money is spent. Working alongside 
the Whitenoise team myself and my colleges produced a full explainer 
in response to this.

Software used was Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. All character rigs were created using DUIK in Adobe After Effects.
