Every few months, Allegro Coffee (in partnership with Whole Foods Market) would distribute collateral that highlighted specific seasonal beverages. Our stores were provided with standard size designs, however the Cherry Hill location had a space for 3 very large narrow banners at their coffee bar. As their Store Graphic Artist, it was my responsibility to customize the provided collateral into posters which fit that space.

Sometimes this process was as straightforward as resizing the existing collateral and cropping off excess (examples below) and other times, it required a complete redesign of the poster from scratch (examples above).
