“A required CD or DVD drive device driver is missing. If you are using a driver floppy disk, CD, DVD, or USB flash drive, please you have to insert it now”.
This error message will make it clear that the installation media is missing one or more essential drivers and so the system has stopped the installation process.
Microsoft is suggesting some of the common causes behind this error, which are the given below:-
The installation media was ejected while the installation process was in progress. It was supposed to remain inside while the installation was complete.
A weak or low-quality installation media might have been the big reason behind this error. If you are used it to install the operating system. It might not be able to transfer the data correctly.
If the speed of the burning the installation media was not proper. In this case, your system was not able to read the drivers correctly.
If the ISO file inside the installation media was infected or corrupted and thus the files containing the drivers missed.

Also if you are using an old computer system, then you can avoid using the USB 1.0 port for installing Windows 10, if at all the system is in a position to support the installation.
2- Repair the Hardware Requirements of the System:-
You have to ensure that your computer system’s parameters are doing works properly more than the minimum requirements. For example- While Microsoft is suggesting 2GB of RAM for a 64-bit Windows 10 computer system. Usually, you have to need 4GB or more for installation and functioning entirely.
3- Repair the Installation Media:-
It has also happened that the ISO file is not completed or corrupted on the installation disk.
To check this, you need to insert the installation disk on any system.

You have to make sure that the size of the installation media and compare it with the size stated on Microsoft’s website.
The size of the media changes with each of the update, so you are not able to give any fixed number here.
In another way, you need to download the latest installation file from Microsoft’s website and then make another installation media out of the same.
You have to get a high-quality media drive for a popular brand this time.
The license key would be the same as you have received with the original installation media, but you will be not able to use on the same or multiple systems, it depends upon the version that you have bought.
4- Check BIOS Settings:-
If above given will not help you, then you need to do the settings of the BIOS itself.
