BAMBOO REVOLUTION OF MAHARASHTRA
Sunil & Nirupama Deshpande settled in a village named 'Lawada' from the past 20 years to bring out a change. This is the story of 'Sampoorna Bamboo Kendra' founded in June 1995 to empower the local artisans of Melghat. With their instrument - Bamboo, they have brought development in the region, improved the livelihood of tribal community and changed the way world perceives the region.
