In the middle of a classic apartment in downtown, along with the context which makes a great classic view the challenge was how to create a contemporary design without being so expensive. still becomes sustainable without the need to change it or fix again at least for the same user. Using the previous input. the design emerged maximizing the view of downtown streets. allowing sun light to enter and illuminate the apartment naturally the whole year. Using furniture with neutral colors and simple form was to match with the strong wall texture

The Master bedroom was another challenge since it should include a sleeping , dressing and reading areas and a bathroom. the problem was that if the zones were separated by walls it would give the room a very narrow and prison like feeling . My methodology was to create the solution from the problem itself by integrating all the mentioned elements in one place-except the toilet- and only separating it by a thick rustic plain partition which acts as a T.V stand and a big mirror for the dressing area and to allow the sun light to reach it in the morning too. The bookcase was a decorative element on its own, having 2 sliding partitions which could be adjusted to change the bookcase look easily making it a dynamic decorating element in the room. Another important element was the bathroom which was to provide a unique experience by enjoying the view without being seen by using a reflective glass for the windows.
