Healthy Lives Foundation is conceived around the concept that there should be harmonious co-existence wherein all lives on earth should be healthy, be it it humans, animals, plants, air or water. We believe that in that process of making humans healthy it shouldn’t happen that one accumulates bad karma by harming some other creatures by releasing chemicals in environment or generating toxic waste which goes untreated into environment. Yoga’s underlying philosophy of “to be one with universe” is the core of Healthy Lives Foundation too. We don’t wish to differentiate among different creatures on earth and aspires that everybody on Earth is Healthy We work towards holistic wellbeing and wish if we could create an ecosystem wherein there is clean air to breathe, clean water to use, natural/organic food grown in chemical-free healthy soil. For us eating organic is not a modern day status symbol but essentially to be more respectful towards ecology, which we have been off-late ignorant about. We wish that each and everybody should eat organic as
that need to be the way of life!
Eating organic means you are not ingesting trace elements of chemicals that are synthetic and harmful to most living beings. These would effect the body in different ways, albeit slowly.
