Coquo—a name inspired by the Latin word for “I cook”—is a brand-new modular kitchen concept from the creators of Cuisines Steam, a Montreal-based company that designs and manufactures custom-made kitchens. Cuisines Steam tasked Featuring with developing a digital identity for coquo that would speak to a North American clientele. The agency set to work on crafting coquo’s digital marketing strategy and transactional website, while the team at Quatrecentquatre designed the user experience and built the platform. In addition to offering advice on selling modular furniture online, Featuring put together the entire online store, including the database and product cards that are optimized for SEO. To ensure the best shopping experience, the agency gave pride of place to images of pieces assembled in people’s homes and inspiring décor.
