An obsession with healthy and clean eating seems to be the order of the day. The Lebanese market behaviors indicate that the number of consumers who are concerned about their health, fitness, and the food ingredients that they consume is on the rise; yoga spas, nutrition centers, and gym franchises are booming today like never before. The Lebanese food market, however, seems to be behaving in an opposite manner whereby healthy food businesses continue to target a very niche audience that can afford the [in many cases unreasonable] high cost of healthy food. Not to mention that the supply base of healthy food choices is still small and incapable of satisfying the growing market needs.

With a profound belief that healthy food should be accessible to everyone rather than a luxury that only a few can afford, the idea of Power//Puffs was born. Power//Puffs is a line of protein-based, gluten-free and vegan desserts that caters primarily to the growing Lebanese community of health-conscious people including athletes, healthy foodies, as well as people following a special type of diet (gluten-free, vegan, etc.). At Power//Puffs we hope to spread the love for chocolate, strength, and health with our healthilicious line of power desserts.

Even though Power//Puffs is still in its early stages, it has already received a lot of traction. Power//Puffs has been invited to participate in several local events that promote health and wellness, including Beirut Marathon Village 2017, and Achrafieh 2020.
