In mid-May 2018, the Great Wolf Lodge Resort raised over $14,000 for the Georgia Make-A-Wish Foundation with the help of television actress Meg Donnelly. The resort pledged to give $1,000 for every ride taken by the American Housewife star. Donnelly experienced all 14 park rides and raised the maximum amount for the organization.
Great Wolf Lodge is comprised of three main areas, which include an indoor water park and an exclusive 21-plus resort. The park is over 96,800 square feet and features restaurants, family-friendly accommodations, and a climbing area. Great Wolf Lodge is located in LaGrange, just under an hour’s drive from Atlanta.
