GSK Shingles Microsite
Role: Lead Art Director/Designer
Responsibilities: Art Direction, UX/UI design
The Challenge
Develop a microsite to educate consumers about Shingles and encourage them to talk to their doctor about vaccination.
The User
• Women over 60
• Aware of Shingles, but don't feel the urgency to discuss or initiate vaccination
• Generally healthy and take care of themselves, so they don't feel they are at risk
• 99% already have the Shingles virus inside of them because they’ve had chicken pox
The Solution
A single page design with digestible messaging focused on the fact that 99% of the target is at risk for Shingles. The site is graphic without being overly disturbing.
